Philosophy:

The Elizabeth Forward School District’s Elementary Mathematics Team teaches students important math skills using the enVision curriculum along with other research-based practices. Our goal is to help all students understand numbers, think logically, and use math in real-life situations. Students learn by working together, asking questions, trying different strategies, and building confidence as they grow. In the early grades, they focus on the basic ideas that strong math learners need. As they move into middle and high school, they continue with lessons that deepen their understanding and help them solve more complex problems. This prepares them to be clear thinkers and confident problem-solvers.
